This is my dog Maverick. He's really my older brother's dog. But my brother went away for six weeks and we watched Mav for my brother. But I've grown fairly attached. I describe him as my dog. Okay, I looked at the other one first, so yeah. I've actually grown attached to my sister's Boxer, even though he is an untrained brat and enjoys maiming Lucas. : P Leslie doesn't bring Capone over as much any more, so I don't get to bond with the dog as much. I suppose it does hurt a bit more that going to see your brother takes a lot more effort than me going to see my sister in the next town over. XD
Also, my dad has the mental image of your mother getting dragged around the block by Maverick stuck in his head, since it appears that Max can be a handful for her sometimes.
